7 Selfie on the bus! It was funny, because I had originally thought that people in East Asia (such as Taiwan) loved taking selfies more than any other region in the world, but I found that Kuwaitis love to take selfies even more than we do! That is why we took so many selfies on our trip there!
8 This was a picture (selfie, of course) of my new friend Mariam and me at the Mubarakiya. As soon as I bought my first headscarf, Mariam helped me wrap it around my head so that we were both wearing hijabs!
9 In order to visit the Grand Mosque, we dressed up in the clothes we bought yesterday.
