張淑英 國際長 CHANG, SHU-YING Luisa

Luisa Shu-Ying Chang is Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at National Taiwan University. She received her B.A and M.A. from Fu Jen Catholic University, and Ph.D. in Spanish and Latin American Literature from Complutense University of Madrid. Before acting as Vice President for International Affairs, she was Deputy Dean of the College of Liberal Arts at NTU. Specializing in contemporary Spanish and Latin American literature, she has carried out research for many years in such related fields as movie and literature, travel literature, gastronomy and literature, modernist poetry, theory and practice of translation. She has also served as a Chinese-Spanish interpreter for more than 100 academic conferences and workshops.





陳佳慧 副學務長 CHEN, CHIA-HUI Cheryl

Cheryl Chia-Hui Chen is vice dean for student affairs and professor of nursing at the National Taiwan University. She holds a doctorate in Nursing Science from the Yale University. As a gerontological nurse practitioner, her research focuses on the management of geriatric syndromes and functional decline in older hospitalized patients. She lectures and consults nationally and internationally on topics related to malnutrition, delirium, and frailty. She also holds a joint appointment as nursing supervisor at National Taiwan University Hospital.







徐治平 教授 HSU, JYH-PING

Professor Jyh-Ping Hsu received his PhD degree from Kansas State University, USA, in 1984, and joined NTU ever since. He was the Vice-Dean of the College of Engineering in 1992, Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering from 1992 to 1995, and the Dean of the College of Engineering, National I-Lan University, from 2003 to 2005. His research interests include the stability of a colloidal dispersion, electrokinetic phenomena, and microfluidics/nanofluidics. His has published ca. 350 SCI papers and three books.







張華玲 股長 CHANG, HUA-LING Linda

Linda Chang leads the Global Alliances team; together they create and enhance frameworks for sustainable global partnerships, promote diversified opportunities and excellence in experiential education at National Taiwan University. In this role since 2008, she mines massive soft and hard data in order to design global visits for high-level delegations to and from NTU campus, including heads of state, government officials and senior academic officials.








石鈞太 幹事 SHIH, CHUN-TAI Bless

Chun-Tai works at NTU’s office of Student Affairs, overseeing the Global Initiatives Symposium in Taiwan, one of the most prominent international conferences in Taiwan with four hundred delegates attending each year. With his extensive academic trainings and experiences in International Relations, he loves to meet people from different back-grounds, as one of the important elements of being a global citizen.
